• Comment: I have been using Geoff and his team for 'white glove' VOIP services for my cybersecurity business for more than two years. The NEC platform has worked incredibly well for me and with integrating with our various CRM, PSA and other platforms.
  
  I love the fact that all I have to do is contact them and explain, in laymen terms, what I'd like to do, and I quickly get an answer back about what they will do to get it done for us. That execution has historically taken only a day or so to get done, as well.
  
  If you don't understand VOIP telephony nor how to speak the 'lingo' and just need someone to convert layman terms to a solution, this is the place to go.
